Very nice food. Delicious traditional Italian/Tirol cuisine. Nice hotel, good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Larger room than expected. Convenient ski bus stop. Central location in Predazzo. Owners are really nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the central part of the city. It was very close to the center and right by the ski bus stop, making it easy to get around. The room was larger than expected, a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During Christmas, I had an enjoyable stay in a cozy hotel that was perfect for a ski trip. the food served was simply incredible, with delicious traditional dishes that were impressive for the price range. I was also pleased with the friendly staff, always happy to help. the hotel had an advantageous location, situated close to the ski bus stop in the central part of town, which made it convenient for getting around and accessing the slopes. the room was larger than I expected, adding to the comfort of the hotel.
I found the spa to be small, which was a bit of a letdown. the Wi-Fi in the room was slow, even though I paid a small extra fee for access.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location for skiing. There were numerous ski resorts within a short distance to choose from. being so close to the center was convenient for access to shopping and dining. the room was larger than we expected and the bathroom was clean. the staff provided friendly service and breakfast offered a good variety. We enjoyed the spa and other facilities the hotel had to offer.
The internet was spotty and unreliable which made it difficult to keep in touch with family back home.

Spent Christmas in the mountains and enjoyed the fresh air, skiing, and winter views. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the ski bus stop and in the middle of town. The size of the room was a pleasant surprise and accommodated all of our stuff. The dinner was great, with plenty of options and flavors, and the staff were warm and welcoming.
The wifi was a complete letdown, we had to pay extra for it and it was slow. We didn't like that at all.
